We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a decline or a delay in processing your order.

My credit card was declined but I still see a pending transaction in my bank/credit card account. Why?

Credit Card transactions that are declined by our processor will show at your financial institution as an approved transaction. While financial institutions approve a transaction based on funds being available at the time of the transaction, our processor uses a specific set criteria that must be met for a transaction to be finalized. This is done for the protection of our customers as for ours. If the transaction is declined, based on the way many banks operate, the charge(s) may be pending for several days. The money will never be taken out of your credit card account but the reserve will be put aside so it will reduce your credit limit until the transaction clears on its own within 2-5 business days.

Please note: we cannot remove the charge or pending transaction, nor can we call in on your behalf as the credit card companies will not share account information with non-account holders such as the merchant. We can provide a copy of the decline transaction if necessary.
